We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. It is our goal to provide you with the best Customer Service. If for any reason you need to contact us with a question, concern, order status inquiry, or a financial matter, we are here for you. Emails should be forwarded to CustomerService@iam.yoga. The trust of our valued customers and clients is held in the highest regard and Yoga Network International, Inc. will do everything possible to preserve that trust.
Shipping & Handling
We are unable to process orders until full payment is received. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery; longer to international destinations. We ship via U.S. Postal Service or ground service within the United States, using the method that is the best choice to get your items to you in a timely fashion (Priority Mail, First Class, etc.). In most cases, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is used. Ground service requires a street address. If you have a P.O. Box and no street address, we can only ship U.S. Postal Service.
The Time Frame to receive your item(s) applies to items In Stock. See Special Orders section for extensions. You will be notified if an item is on back order and will receive the item as soon as possible.
An International Flat Rate Option has been added for the convenience of our International Customers. A Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope will accommodate orders up to 4 lbs. and 3 inches thick. If your order fits the Global Priority Mail Envelope, the charge for this service is $14.00 on average plus $3.00 Handling (in most cases). If your order requires larger packaging, shipping will be calculated and the total adjusted to reflect the required Postage plus $3.00 Handling. Payment for International Orders must be in U.S. funds, preferably by credit card. While we cannot accept personal checks on International Orders, we will happily accept a cashier’s check or money order payable by a United States Bank. No personal checks please. Orders may be subject to import duties and other surcharges.
Back Orders & Availability of Merchandise
Occasionally, we sell out of an item sooner than expected. We will inform you if we cannot fill your entire order immediately and give you an approximate delivery date. If we are unable to re-order, or if an item has been discontinued, we will issue a refund (if pre-paid). We reserve the right to discontinue or delete from inventory any item at any time.
If you encounter a problem with one of our products, please return the item along with the original invoice and a note explaining the problem with your name, address, phone and email address. Please package the item(s) in a sturdy carton or reinforced envelope, wrapped securely to prevent damage in transit. You will receive a credit for any shipping charges you incur and you will not be charged shipping costs on the second shipment. Credit will not be issued for CDs, once opened, except in cases of damage, manufacturing defect or production flaws as stated in our Refund Policy.
If returning your items via U.S. Mail, items should be sent with an explanation of the defect to:

Full refunds are granted in cases of damage, manufacturing defect or production flaws only within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
No refunds are offered unless you cancel your order prior to its being fulfilled. If you cancel your order after the order has been shipped, you will be charged a Return Fee equal to the amount of postage plus a $2.00 restocking fee. To receive the remainder of the purchase price, you have the option to 1) receive a credit toward a future order, 2) transfer the amount to a Gift Certificate, 3) receive a Yoga Network International check mailed to you refunding the balance of your money (less postage and restocking fee).
All sales are final except for exchanges for sizes in clothing and miscellaneous items. Item must be in new condition, in its original packaging and eligible for resale. Responsibility for shipping charges for an Elected Exchange is accepted by the customer.
Amrit Yoga Institute, Yoga Network International, Inc. and its directors, teachers, representatives or agents are not responsible for injuries or damages incurred by the user. The buyer should carefully consider the appropriate use of any product in terms of his or her own inpidual safety, taking into consideration their health and mental condition.
Instructional CDs and Tapes provided by IAM Yoga are designed to be used by healthy individuals who are able to fully perform the postures and have no medical issues or conditions and are able to follow the instructions precisely enough to prevent injury while at the same time, recognizing physical and mental limitations so as to avoid pain, damage, injury or re-injury. Instructions must be followed precisely to prevent injury. We are not responsible for injuries caused while using these products. It is strongly recommended that a medical professional be consulted before beginning any exercise regimen, making radical changes to your diet, or engaging in an activity promoted or suggested in any of our products.
DO NOT perform a Yoga Nidra exercise while operating machinery or a car. This exercise is a relaxation technique and requires focused attention with closed eyes. It must be performed only in a safe, secure environment where the practitioner can lie down in quiet and comfort for at least 30-60 minutes.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access: Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Where we send your data
Comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, Akismet. Your payment information is sent securely to Authorize.Net to process the transaction, and is not sent to or retained by our server. We also use Google Analytics to track user behavior, to help us make our site better.
How we protect your data
Your connection to this site is encrypted using industry-standard 2048-bit SSL encryption. Our site is hosted by Pagely, one of the leading Managed WordPress hosting companies in the world, and is protected by Pressarmor®, their proprietary comprehensive security architecture.
Editing your data
If you leave a comment or product review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Requesting your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (however you will no longer be able to make orders on this site).
