The ancient technique of Yoga Nidra will take you to the deepest level of conscious relaxation: the alpha state of being, where your body is completely as ease, yet your mind is alert and aware. Here, you can tap into your body’s innate healing wisdom to rebuild health, reshape relationships, release fears and negative habits, improve sleep…and much more.
To practice Yoga Nidra, rest in a quiet room on your back in a reclined position (savasana) with your eyes closed. This program is an ideal introduction to Yoga Nidra. It begins with an in-depth lecture on the technique of Yoga Nidra, including the important role of intention in maximizing the benefits of Yoga Nidra practice.
For all levels.
